Interested in learning more about the GROB apprenticeship program? We will be hosting four informational events during the 2025 - 2026 school year. Anyone interested in applying for the apprenticeship is encouraged to attend this event and bring their family and friends. Attendees will receive in-depth details about the program and experience our facility first-hand.

Apprenticeship tour events are held at our manufacturing facility in Bluffton, OH. From I-75, take exit 142 and head east onto OH-103. At the roundabout, take the exit onto Navajo Drive. Follow Navajo Drive around the bend until you arrive at a large parking lot. You may park in any available spot in the parking lot, then report to the Guard House located at the south end of the parking lot for check-in.

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to check in with our security team. After parking, report to the Guard House for check-in. Once check-in is complete, you will receive a visitor badge and directions to the presentation area. The tour will begin promptly at 9:00 AM.
