Interested in learning more about the GROB apprenticeship program? We will be hosting four informational events during the 2025-2026 school year. Anyone interested in applying for the apprenticeship is encouraged to attend this event and bring their family and friends. Attendees will receive in-depth details about the program and experience our facility first-hand.

Apprenticeship tour events are held at our manufacturing facillty in Bluffton, OH. From I-75, take exit 142 and head east onto OH-103. Turn right onto Pocono Drive, then right at the stop sign onto Navajo Drive. Follow Navajo Drive around the bend until you arrive at a large parking lot. You may park in any of the spots in the parking lot and then report to the Guard House next to the parking lot for check-in.

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early in order to register with our security team. Once you park, report to the Guard House for check-in. You will be asked to disclose your US citizenship and agree to our visitor policies at check-in.

Once check-in is complete, you will be given a visitor badge and directions to where the presentation will begin promptly at 9:00 AM.
